Backups and Disaster Recovery now need to be much more than a basic backup to protect data files and folders from data loss. All our Backup services utilise diverse Cloud locations with AES 256 encryption, ISO27001, SOC1 Type II and SOC 2 Type II. As standard we provide hourly backups allowing a quick restore of files or a full restore of a whole system giving protection against accidental deletions, ransomware attacks or loss/theft of a server, desktop or laptop. Full Disaster Recovery (DR) is standard for server backups and can be added for desktops or laptops if required.

Client Backups of client computers, desktops and laptops also run every hour to capture a whole computer image for any eventuality. Client Backups utilise diverse Cloud locations with AES 256 encryption, ISO27001, SOC1 Type II and SOC 2 Type II and backup the whole local computer. This allows for speedy recovery of any data accidently deleted and protects against loss, theft or hardware failures. Selected folders and files can be restored, or the whole device restoring a users operating system, applications and setup. Disaster recovery can be added to a desktop or laptop if required for fast boot to a cloud environment.
Microsoft 365 Backups are an important part of an organisations data protection. Although Microsoft 365 does store data in the cloud, this isn't the same as a backup where data is stored in a separate remote area. Our Microsoft 365 backups include emails, contacts, calendars, tasks. Teams Channels, SharePoint and OneDrive areas. Even when data has been removed form the Microsoft 365 service, the backup will remain for retrieval when needed at a future point. Backups run multiple times a day allowing recovery of selected areas of a users mailbox, selected files in OneDrive data, Teams chats, Teams data, SharePoint sites or a whole mailbox, OneDrive, Team Channel or SharePoint site.
